◎沿革
1988年11月インターベット・インターナショナル・ビー・ヴィーと、松研薬品工業(株)並びに(株)エス.ディー.エス.バイオテックとの共同出資で設立。1991年輸入を開始し、日本で初の製品販売に乗り出した。。1995年4月中央研究所を開設。冷蔵保管施設、動物実験施設、事務棟を順次増築。2001年6月よりオランダにあるインターベット・ホールディング・ビー・ヴィー100%出資。

Company History
In November 1988 Intervet K.K. was set up as a joint venture between Intervet International b.v., Matsuken Pharmaceutical Ltd and SDS Biotech in Japan.  During 1991 the company started import and sales of its first product in Japan.  In April 1995 the Central Research Laboratory was established.  Investments in cold storage equipment, animal testing facilities and an office building were added gradually.  As of June 2001 the Company became 100% owned by Intervet Holding b.v. in the Netherlands.

Primary Business and main products
Intervet K.K. is engaged in research, development, registration, import and sales of animal medicinal products from Intervet International.  Our main products are: Porcilis APP (pig vaccines), Nobilis Gumboro D78 (chicken vaccines) and Nobivac DHPPi+L (dog and cat vaccines).

Reputation
Intervet International is engaged in research & development, manufacturing and sales of animal health products such as vaccines, hormones, antibiotics and other medicines for the poultry, swine, bovine, companion animals and aqua segments.  The company ranks third in the global animal medicinal market and has a promising future.
