Description
Myco Silencer® ONCE contains inactivated Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain 11. The bacterin is adjuvanted with Intervet’s patented Microsol Diluvac Forte® adjuvant to stimulate a prolonged immunity after one single vaccination.

Indications for use 
For the active immunization of healthy swine as an aid in the prevention of pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. The duration of immunity after one single vaccination has been demonstrated to be up to six months.

Contraindications 
None

Undesirable effects 
If anaphylactic reaction occurs, treat with epinephrine.
Slight transient reactions at the site of injection may occur.

Shake well before use. Use sterile syringes and needles.

Method of administration 
The vaccine is a liquid and ready-to-use product. Shake well before use. The vaccine is administered by intramuscular injection.

Administer a single 2 ml dose to animals 3 weeks of age or older. Vaccination with one dose is protective up to six months.

Not different from single dose.

Storage 
Store at +2 to +8°C. Do not freeze.

Nature and contents of container
Sterile high density polyethylene plastic vials containing 25, 50, 100 or 250 doses, corresponding to 50, 100, 200 or 500 ml. Vials are sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminium seals. The 10 dose presentation is filled in glass vials (20 ml).
